AFAM and Shasta news:
Today AFAM quarterly board meeting took place.
AFAM and Shasta team are getting ready for the new school year. Several online Shasta sessions will be planned this year to inform our students about AFAM and Shasta internship program and to share alumni's experince living and working in the US.
AFAM Community Manager Albina will be traveling to Paris, Angers and Cluny campuses on November 15-19th to meet students and faculty members.

Several of our Shasta students are looking for J1 internship opportunities ( in Supply chain, Oil & Gas, Data Science, Nuclear Engineering, Robotics and Aerospace). If you work in a company which hires engineering interns, please contact us to talk about it.

1) Branch manager:
Required skills/experience:
- management experience 10+
- experience in business/ accounting / finance,
- experience of managing teams in a multinational environment
-experience in sales of technical products (Gearboxes, bearings, Electrical components …) appreciated
2) Sales Manager capable of successfully leading sales teams for the Group’s different divisions, able to lead certain negotiations in relation with the Group’s European team. Sales Manager will report direct to the Branch Manager.
3) Sales Engineer with a very strong knowledge of the steel or aluminum industry and metallurgy market
Other details for all 3 positions:
- French or German are highly appreciated
- salary and relocation package are negotiable

REDEX Group has been created by Paul Defontenay (CH130). In 2021 the Group decided to reinforce its presence on the American market by creating a « service center » capable of supporting all three group’s divisions in the United States as well as in Canada and Mexico (Machine Drives, Precision Rolling Mills, Strip Processing Technologies).
Redex’s branch ANDANTEX is located in Wanamassa (NJ). Its revenue is 9 MUSD. American sales, technical and administrative teams today include 20 employees. Group’s revenue target is 20MUSD.
