September 1st starts the 2021/2022 fiscal year which means it's time to replenish the neighborhood funds. Compared with other home owner associations, the Briarcreek neighborhood dues are a minimal investment at only $75.00 per home, per year.
Click the link below, complete the form and choose the option to pay by credit card or by check. You will receive a confirmation email along with mailing instructions if paying by check.
The Briarcreek Neighborhood Dues are used for:
- mowing and maintaining the grounds and landscaping on Rockwell & Britton,
- paying the water bill for the entrances and perimeter landscaping,
- repairs to electric, drip system & sprinklers, and other miscellaneous management and maintenance costs.
We've had extra costs this year dealing with issues caused by the October ice storm and the February arctic blast. So, our neighborhood funds are low.
A strong neighborhood association is vital to maintaining and promoting physical improvements with the goal of maintaining an attractive appearance and improving property values. It assures a safe and beautiful Briarcreek neighborhood. We are a community of neighbors working together to maintain our neighborhood as a desirable place to live, raise our families and retire. Projects and general maintenance are made possible through dues revenue.
The pandemic and the need for volunteers to serve on the Board has made annual neighborhood events, as well as the annual meeting, harder to have. If you want to be a part of exciting opportunities, enjoy a great feeling of accomplishment and want to make a difference in the neighborhood, please reply that you are willing to serve on the Briarcreek Board.
