The energy that is created through conflict is destructive. The energy that is created through struggle and battle produces violence, hysteria, neurotic actions and so on. Whereas the action of perception is total, non-fragmentary, and is healthy, sane. It brings about such intense care and responsibility. That is the way to live: seeing, acting, seeing, all the time. I cannot see if there is an observer different from the observed. The observer is the observed.
