We're gleaning corn on Thursday!

We'll be gleaning corn at A.T. Buzby Farm in Salem County on Thursday morning and we're looking for a few more volunteers!  Please see below for details and use the RSVP link if you can help! 

Given the remnants of Ida passing through our area prior to our gleaning, volunteers should be prepared for wet and muddy fields.  Boots are recommended and rain gear as the corn may be wet.  Please also bring sun protection that is appropriate for your needs (sunscreen, hat, etc.), bug spray if you like, and lots of water in a reusable bottle!!  

While we are outdoors and masks are not required, given the changing environment, we kindly ask that volunteers please be mindful of personal space and social distancing.  Masks are recommended for unvaccinated individuals and for anyone who is more comfortable wearing a mask.
