Announcing the launch of our Farmer Health Assessment Tool (Farmer HAT)

Farmer HAT is a free online self-assessment tool developed to promote a safe farming culture and healthy personal behaviours.

This easy-to-use tool takes 10-15 minutes and guides you through a series of questions about your health, wellbeing, lifestyle behaviours and farm safety practices. Using a traffic light system, Farmer HAT provides you immediate feedback and directs you to relevant resources about each of the questions you’ve answered so you can improve your personal behaviours and practices, and your farming business too!

It is a great place to monitor and track your progress, so what are you waiting for? Get started today through the link below!

(Alex's Story) Digital Storytelling enables women to share their experiences of navigating tough times with the world, so they can empower and inspire others.

Women's health. Powerful stuff.

This coming Monday marks the start of National Women's Health Week. In the midst of a global pandemic, empowering women to embrace their healthiest, happiest selves could not be more important.

National Women's Health Week is our opportunity to highlight the programs, services and resources available to help enable women to make healthier choices.

Our digital storytelling workshops provided an opportunity for women to share their own stories about navigating tough times by creating short but compelling personal movies. To be inspired by their stories, please follow the link below.
