updates!!!1!

Hello! Welcome new people to my little newsletter! I think you either all found this through the first one or received the first email! so yeah. I think bi-weekly is the way to go, weekly seems like forcing something together and finding time between work and not-work is so hard. Although at these early phases i am a bit overly excited and have been sitting on this one for a week so who knows.

It was kind of funny starting these by sharing a super personal project, which is not the precedent I want to set! Something like that reminds me of people who share images of super manicured sketchbooks, thats not what it really looks like wtf. I want this to be a way to share just general things, but having the option to create a project and share it with you people is also exciting lol. So maybe this one won't be as touching but I hope you still enjoy. Thanks again to everyone who corresponded, very cool, very awesome hearing from you >:-) thank you so much! If you think someone you know would enjoy this let them or me know!

OPEN CALL ABOUT TREES

I've had this idea to start applying to open calls with some of the photos I've been taking. I'm apart of this kind of cheesy newsletter/open call website ( https://www.callforentry.org/ ) which sends me an email of open calls every couple weeks. Some have prize money associated, some have shows, you know the deal lmao. The only thing is that the entry fee for these fucking things adds up, especially when my past experience in applying to ... anything really, is either never hear back or get one of those sweet sweet rejection emails. At this point it's not the rejection but more the initial investment, its like gambling almost idk. That being said, Haley found an open call thats looking for photos of trees and water, and I've got a lot of those. Here are some of the ones I am considering applying with. If you would like to support this venture I am always open to making prints for people. Prints could be cheap, just covering shipping plus ~$10-15. Just anything to alleviate submission fees you know? Either way let me know and enjoy this dump of tree photos :-)
The exports of these are a little funny, the disparity between the JPEGS and RAW files my fuji makes is wild and something i'm still getting used to...

Number 2! Woo! Like last time feedback is cool and was fun to receive some friend emails lol.   don't think I'm a phony/folded if I post on the gram its weird to just step away but to at least have the mentality is working for me currently lmfao. Still need to establish some way to keep up with all you freaks out there!  Thank you all!
