Walking Together with Jesus :: A sermon vlog from Ty Gibson

Nobody Walks Alone

The Christian experience is not a solo venture. We are saved together, as a community, or not at all. Our vertical love relationship with God necessarily results in horizontal relationships of love with one another. Everyone who enters heaven will do so as a member of the body of Christ, not because there is salvation in any denomination, but because salvation inevitably entails living out the God’s love in community.

Watch Mission: Maranatha Stories

On September 18 at 2 pm Pacific, watch Maranatha’s annual convention event, Mission: Maranatha, straight from your living room. This two-hour broadcast special will feature volunteer testimonies, stories of the work our crews are doing in the mission field, and ways that you can stay involved in the mission.

In this video, AMEN Physicians Drs Brian & Lyndi Schwartz and Dr. John Shin discuss the seriousness of COVID-19. They present scientific information about how the vaccines were developed so quickly and weigh the risks and benefits of the vaccine. Whether you have already been vaccinated, are considering it, or believe it is better not to get it, we pray this video will provide scientific information and dispel some of the misinformation about vaccination.

A Shared Value of Humility

What’s the VALUE in Christian education? Values are the foundational blocks upon which a better life is built including successes in education, skills and talents. The 20 schools associated with 7 Advantages of Adventist Education puts values into action in all we do and encourage students to do the same.

At our 20 campuses, we teach humility as a strength. As lifelong learners, there is always something to learn from one another. Realizing that each part of our student and church bodies work together as a team, helps us to value each other more equally. We inspire students with the stories of Christians who have ‘washed the feet’ of others without regard for individual gain or status.

To find out more for your child or grandchild, friend or neighbor, locate the school nearest you and start a conversation about how you can help nurture the value of humility.
20 Locations in Western Washington
We have a high level of vaccination in the State of Washington, and we are still in a pandemic where good health and safety habits are still important.

  • Whatever your vaccination status and over the age of 5, please wear a mask at church.
  • If you are gathered for a small group and everyone in attendance is vaccinated, you do not need to wear a mask (especially if outdoors).
  • If you visit a school campus or community service center, please wear a mask.
As always, kindness and grace to each other in our interactions goes a long way.
