Program news

Message from Angela Oh, SBHC Program Coordinator

New Apex Data Hub and App
As discussed during the SBHC data snapshot calls, all SBHC sites using Just Health must download the latest version of the Apex Data App to administer Just Health and other surveys as soon as possible. The last day to transition to the new Apex Data Hub and App is the end of this month, September 30, 2021. You can schedule a virtual training with the Apex team here

The Data Hub now features web-based access and allows Just Health and other surveys to be sent via text or email to personal devices. Download the latest version on your iPad (iOS) or Android device

A user's Apex Data App account is the same whether accessed on the web or app. Sites should have received new login credentials for the Hub from Apex Support, but if you missed the email or need a reset, please contact Apex. Apex will discontinue the old system this fall and we encourage you to move to the new system as soon as possible.

Apex is here to support sites with training resources: Please contact Apex with your feedback and questions.

SBHC User and Parent/Guardian Experience Survey Requirement Reminder:
All sites should have started administering surveys beginning September 1, 2021. The survey administration period continues through January 31, 2022, as detailed in this protocol

Please see the survey templates below: Apex developed a How to Administer Anonymous Surveys Guide with instructions on how to administer the experience surveys through the new web-based system.

I hope you all enjoy your Labor Day weekend!

--Angela Oh
