Learning about braking & brake systems at Strong Riding for All Riders, August 2021.

Ride a bike. Change your world.

Coming up: More learn-your-bike opportunities, some different class offerings; power your bike with pizza in early October; enjoy the cooler weather with women/FTW-only rides.

BIKE CARE TIP: Before each ride, make sure your tires are properly inflated. Tires will have their maximum (& sometimes minimum) inflation listed on the sidewall. If you're rolling on pavement, aim for the upper limit; if you're on wet ground or loose dirt, a mid- or lower limit inflation provides better traction. Rubber is porous, and tires will naturally lose air between rides. Proper inflation means less likelihood of having to fix a flat tire on your ride! Be kind to your future self!
