If you missed it, read it here.

Christian Formation for Adults
Adult Forum. Please check the Saturday evening email about the Sunday Forum for this week.
We've heard from the UCC offices in Cleveland that travel for national staff will continue to be curtailed at least through January 2022. Unfortunately, that means a delay for our Visiting Scholar program featuring The Rev. Traci Blackmon, which we had planned for October. Thank you for your patience in bearing with us as we PIVOT again!

Adult Book Studies on Zoom in September/October

Tuesday evening book study (7 pm Sept. 14 - Oct. 5 on Zoom) is for all those nurturing our next generation of children. It will look at essays addressing the "Isms" in The Sandbox Revolution, Raising Kids for a Just World edited by Lydia Wylie-Kellermann. Led by Rev. Laura Nelson, Interfaith Council president and the mother of 5-year-old twins.

Wednesday evening book study (7 pm Sept. 8-29 on Zoom) Charnley Marsden (Rev. Ron Patterson's spouse) will lead a study of Ibram X. Kendi's How to Be An Antiracist, a New York Times bestseller and a groundbreaking approach to understanding and uprooting racism and inequality in our society--and in ourselves. (You may still join even though the group has started.)

Book links and sign up for both at plymouthucc.org/adults. Read Jane Anne's post from Tuesday 8/31 with more information.
