Hello Independence Turners,
We continue to have our Open Shop meetings virtually online using Zoom.
Below is the link and meeting number of the Zoom meeting to take the place of our normal Open Shop meeting. The meeting is Saturday (9/11/21) at 10 AM. This Open Shop will be again back on Zoom only. Due to the uncertainty of the virus status and protocols in place at the time we have taken the safer approach and have chosen to restrict the personal interaction. Please bring your suggestions, ideas, project questions, tips and simple chat and fellowship to the Zoom meeting. If you have something to show, please feel free to show it. Or, if we can help solve a dilemma bring it on. The plan is to have a short video then participate in open discussion.
Also, remember, this is a time when we can share and ask each other questions about our woodturning. So if you have something from your own shop to ask about or share this is the time and we encourage you to join in.

Also, please note:
During the summer, (May through Sept) we will only be having Open Shop on the 2nd Saturday of the month instead of twice a month.

Please Note / Helpful Hint:
If you haven't already noticed, the meeting information for each of these meeting is the same for the respective meeting. For instance, the info for the second Saturday Open Shop is the same each month and the info for the 4th Saturday Open Shop is the same each month because they are recurring meetings. So, you could save the info however is most convenient for yourself and use it to join the meeting in case you lose the email or something.
