The DC Circuit decision from August 13, 2021, states that the FCC 2019 decision that its 5G & wireless guidelines protect the public from non-cancer harms is capricious and not evidence-based, and that the FCC failed to review overwhelming evidence of harm, including to children. The court ordered the FCC to review the evidence.
Considering the ubiquity of wireless technology, this landmark court decision should have been the top story on every media outlet. However, since “mainstream” media is largely owned by Telecom, it has not. Thus, educating our elected officials about this ruling and demanding action depends on us.
