We are open, but the office is closed
Remember that Primo is considered a lifeline utility (essential service) and as such remains open during all alert levels to ensure that you, our valued customers remain online.
Our office at 123 Molesworth Street in New Plymouth is closed to the public and visitors for levels 3 and 4, it will reopen when Taranaki is at Level 1 or 2.
Our staff continue to provide helpdesk, sales and accounts services but from the comfort of their own homes. You can call 0800 123 774 or email us at helpdesk@primo.nz between 9.00am -5.30pm Monday - Friday. After hours you can call and leave us a message or email and we will get back to you, including weekends.
Faults
We will only be sending service technicians out as a last resort, so we need your help to troubleshoot issues over the phone. More complex issues may take time and we need your patience to work through it. We will be prioritizing other essential services.
If we need to visit, we will ask if there is there anyone at your home that is unwell
In most cases our technicians may only need access to the roof. For inside work, we may also ask you to provide physical distancing that could include you moving to another room in your house so that they can complete the work. Please respect our request. Our techs will be masked up and using hand sanitizer.
Please work with us to ensure the safety of our staff. They are doing a service for you and need to go home safe to their families at the end of the day.
