IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

On August 25, Rica was involved in a very serious car accident. Luckily, Rica was able to walk out of the car into the ambulance and was treated at the hospital.

As a result of blunt force trauma affecting her torso and her right (dominant) side, Rica's physician has advised her she cannot work for the next two weeks and/or until he approves her to return.

Rica is trying to see if she can find someone to cover in her absence, but until that happens, we will be following up with clients who have scheduled appointments to reschedule.

For color subscribers/root touch up clients, we will be doing emergency root touch up kits. Please let us know if you need one, and we will let you know when those kits will be available.

Obviously, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please know that Rica is doing all she can to accommodate everyone, and feels terribly about having to cause any distress to her clientele.

We thank you for your patience and understanding. Given that she was just recovered from her surgery and getting back to a more normal schedule, she is even more frustrated.
