New EAA board
The new EAA board was elected at the ICORIA 2021 annual conference. Congratulations to Sara Rosengren for serving as EAA President and Tobias Langner for serving as President Elect.
The EAA membership thanks Martin Eisend, Past-President, for his great work as EAA President!
Two new board members have joined the board: Alexandra Vignolles, who is in charge of membership, and Nathalie Dens, who had taken over EAA social media. Congratulations and best wishes to the new EAA Board!
Welcome note from the new EAA President
Sara Rosengren
Firstly, I want to thank all the members of the EAA for trusting me with this position. I am both happy, honored, and proud to have been given this opportunity.
As noted by my predecessor Martin Eisend in his welcoming address, EAA is a vibrant, friendly, and diverse academic community of advertising researchers. Although we haven’t been able to meet in person for the past two years, the big success of this year’s digital Bordeaux conference stands as a testament to the strong ties that bind our community together.
Building on this strong foundation I hope to contribute by further extending our network and activities in a post-pandemic world. It is my hope that EAA will continue to be a vibrant community for advertising researchers from all parts of the world, and I look forward to continuing the work we are doing on this path.
With hopes of seeing you all (in person) in Prague in June 2022!
