CHW Model Best Practice Toolkits

The Center for Community Health Alignment (CCHA) at the University of South Carolina Arnold School of Public Health is pleased to announce the launch of our new, highly anticipated introductory guides: Community Health Worker Best Practice Toolkits. Years in the making, we are excited to share these ideas and insights for developing, implementing and improving Community Health Worker (CHW) programs, with useful best practices compiled by CHWs.
