Hey <<First Name>>

We have a couple of exciting things happening at Community Health Partners this Fall.

While some of us will be saying farewell, others will be saying hello. We will be welcoming Zoe Randall to the team as a Learning Partners Intern, adding Stacy Peterson to the Parents as Teachers team as a Home Visitor, and bidding a grateful farewell to Sheryl Hopkins.

Stay Safe and Healthy!

Meet Zoe

Zoe is a local Livingston girl and Park High School graduate. She is in her senior year at MSU, where she is studying Community Health. She has attended three different schools during her college career, but she has always been called back home to the mountains in Paradise Valley. Some of you may know Zoe from previous summers, as she worked as Lifeguard at the Livingston City Pool for six summers. Zoe is looking forward to being an intern for Learning Partners at CHP, where she will be learning about the resources that this community offers and the many different roles that CHP plays in Livingston. While going to school and completing an internship, Zoe also works at The Murray Hotel. If Zoe is not interning, in class, doing homework, or checking guests in at The Historic Murray Hotel, you can find her exercising, hiking, reading, spending time with friends and family, or relaxing at home.

Congrats to Stacy

Exciting changes are happening for Stacy Peterson this year. Stacy has been working at CHP as the Learning Partners Administrative Assistant since 2019. Stacy says that the best part of working at CHP is the people because everyone genuinely cares about one another. While the work she did as the Administrative Assistant was important and very appreciated, Stacy is shifting gears and will take on a new role as a Home Visitor within the Parents as Teachers programs- how exciting! Stacy said that she is excited to establish deeper connections with families and to share the joys and struggles of parenting with the families that she will work with. Stacy also mentioned that she has a goal to be mindful of meeting people where they are at as she takes on this new role. We know she is going to do great! Don’t forget to congratulate Stacy on her new position when you see her.

Farewell to Sheryl

After spending time as a Registered Nurse, raising twins, and dedicating four years of her time to Community Health Partners as a Parent Educator in the Parent as Teachers program, Sheryl Hopkins is opening a new chapter for herself. While reflecting on her time at CHP, Sheryl shares that the best part of working for CHP was all of the people that she got to work with including colleagues, clients and community partners. Although we will miss Sheryl, we appreciate the time she dedicated to Community Health partners and we hope she has more time to spend doing the things she loves. Sheryl is excited to wander, adventure and reconnect with loved ones that she has not seen for a while. Luckily for Sheryl, she has a travel buddy, her husband Dennis, who is ready for the next adventure too. Good luck and have fun! And so… The adventure begins.

Circle of Security

We are offering another Circle of Security (COS) class starting on October 5th- other details to be determined. This class will be done in person at CHP, with masks. Staff members are also always welcome to attend these classes.

Here's what parents said about COS:

  • "This class has been great. I think this is constructive for all parents."
  • "Make the workshop longer! Thank you so much!"
  • "I really appreciated the openness and facilitators ability to answer and guide without judgement and with kindness."
