Drop-off supply collection to help residents in Houma
As one of the first efforts to provide relief to help victims of Hurricane Ida, Crosspoint is partnering with Cross Church in Houma, Louisiana. A drop-off collection will be held Wednesday from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the Crosspoint parking lot.
The following items are needed, listed in order of importance:
5 gallon cans of gasoline
5 gallon buckets of non-perishable food items
Water
Tarps
Paper & Plastic Wear
Paper Plates/Bowls
Plastic, forks, knives, spoons
Paper towels
Toilet paper
Diapers (adult & baby)

Bringing help to Northshore -
Crosspoint team joining 8 Days of Hope response efforts
Volunteers are needed to join a Crosspoint team going to provide disaster relief to the Northshore area of Louisiana as part of the larger 8 Days of Hope Rapid Response following Hurricane Ida. The Crosspoint team will depart Thursday morning for Mandeville and return the afternoon of Sunday, September 12.
The Church of the King – Little Creek Campus in Mandeville will be the staging area for volunteers.The primary work will be removing debris, mucking out homes, and assisting families with whatever they need.
What should you bring?
Rapid Response t-shirt. If you do not have one, one will be provided

Case of water
Gloves
Linens, pillow, blanket, air mattress, cot, sleeping bag
