> Clinic Quality Improvement

  • New REDCap Data Collection Instrument
    • For the past two years, the CQI Program has collected EBI-specific, Quarterly Metrics from participating clinics.
    • These metrics allow CDPHE and TA Providers to better understand how a clinic is implementing an EBI and make alterations to implementation as needed.
    • Quarterly Metrics were previously collected using Google Sheets, but will now only be collected using a new REDCap data collection instrument.
    • This new instrument will make data collection, analysis, and visualization easier for the CQI Evaluation staff, and, hopefully for you too!
    • The CQI Evaluation team has also created CQI Data Reporting Guidance, specific to each organization.
    • All data must be entered into the new REDCap instruments.
    • The first due date for Quarterly Metric reporting for all organizations participating in CPED CQI is October 15th, 2021.
