The Brainerd Book Club will meet on Wednesday, October 13, 2021, at 1 pm on the library's south lawn for our next book discussion: A Woman Is No Man by Etaf Rum. This novel is the story of three generations of Palestinian-American women struggling to express their individual desires within the confines of their Arab culture in the wake of shocking intimate violence in their community. Copies of this book are available at the front desk.
