On behalf of the WASHLAC Regional Group, we would like to thank you for your attendance at the regional webinar held this October 13 "The Hand Hygiene in the safe return to schools: Challenges and Learning" for decision makers, WASH actors, government officials, international cooperation and civil society.
With an attendance of 460 participants, we confirm the interest and commitment of the WASH Sector to provide hygiene services for the safe return to school and educational centers in our region of Latin America and the Caribbean.

"Evaluación Basada en Área en Los Mártires y Santa Fe, Bogotá D.C."
REACH initiative (REACH) worked closely with the Interagency Group on Mixed Migratory Flows (GIFMM) for Bogotá and Region to design and implement an Area-Based Assessment (ABA) in Los Mártires and Santa Fe, with the aim of this assessment being to inform the humanitarian community and local authorities in Bogotá about the humanitarian situation, priority needs and gaps in the provision of assistance and basic services by humanitarian and governmental actors for migrant, refugee and host populations residing in the area.

We present to you the BID-FEMSA 2021 Award for innovation in water, sanitation and solid waste, which awards US $ 10,000 recognitions to three innovative solutions in the water, sanitation and solid waste management sectors.
This year the BID-FEMSA Award will be held entirely in virtual format through www.premiobidfemsa.com. In this edition, the Prize grants a stimulus of US $ 10,000 to each of the winners of the three categories that will be awarded in 2021: Water Category, Sanitation Category and Solid Waste Category. Youth Forum for Disaster Risk Reduction
Upcoming Youth Forum on DRR and CC on October 26th, 2021 (Virtually), will provide a space for youth representatives to voice their unique views on Disaster Risk Reduction for the Americas and the Caribbean. The Youth Forum will be in the lead for VII Regional Platform for DRR.
