Experience the installation of plastic ‘plankton’ in an ‘underwater landscape’ along with hands-on making with plastics (if you are interested). Hear about the next steps for the project at the start of the Vermont legislative session this January, and a project guide for interested groups and individuals to get involved in making Extended Producer Responsibility and the Right to Repair the law in Vermont and across the country.
