As it's now officially autumn I've broken out the comfort food. Kicking things off with a classic crumble and a delicious white chocolate drink that is sweet, but not too sweet. Oh and it also looks great with all sorts of decorations - I've included plenty of inspiration in the recipe post.
Apple and blackberry crumble is the ideal way to ease into autumn. Wild blackberries, picked from the hedgerows add jammy flavour to this quick & easy to assemble dessert. Try serving it with custard on cooler days or with ice cream should an Indian summer emerge.
White hot chocolate is a deeply satisfying drink that is sweet, but not too sweet. Make it on the hob or in the microwave in less than 10 minutes. Then dress it up with all manner of goodies to suit the season or occasion.
