Important Notice - Editorial Management System Switchover
A reminder that we are now underway with the process of switching over from our current Editorial Management System (Archie) to a new system. This is happening across all Cochrane groups on individual timescales managed by the groups.
Due to the complexities of the process, there are likely to be delays across all regular editorial processes as we work on the transition, however we will endeavour to maintain our usual editorial standards. We apologise for this, and invite you to contact us with any queries or concerns, and look forward to maintaining good communication with you throughout the transition.
Cochrane UK continues to host free Review Author Training workshops throughout the year.
They have upcoming workshops that still have available places and would like to extend the invitation to all the Cochrane Review authors who would be interested in attending, including those who are not based in the UK or Ireland.
Cochrane are still required to prioritise authors who collaborate with UK-based and Ireland-based Cochrane Review Groups but would be happy to consider a wider audience if they still have places available. Workshops take place from around 9 to 3-4pm (BST/ GMT) to suit a UK-based and Ireland-based audience so Cochrane recognise that it might not suit all the authors from around the world.
RA4 - 7th October 2021 - Online workshop (full-day) RA1 - 2nd November 2021 - Online workshop (full-day) RA2 - 9th November 2021 - Online workshop (full-day) RA3 - 16th November 2021 - Online workshop (full-day) RA4 - 23rd November 2021 - Online workshop (full-day)
Please note that authors can attend RA3 and RA4 without completing RA1 and RA2, if they are at the right stage of the review. RA3 and RA4 are designed to target authors who have spent time working on their systematic review, are in the process of (or have just finished) study selection, and are now thinking about their analysis.
