The props are there to assist our practice. When we invite our bodies to relax, they often comply...if we try to force a stretch, it often rebels and does the opposite. We use props because every body is different, and we may need different assists on different days. Even the most advanced practitioners seek out their favorite supports.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
