We make ideas come to life

Hello <<First Name>>!

Hope this email finds you well 😊 This September has been really busy for Floating EKA but it’s been worth it. We are happy to share our two big achievements of this month.

The first and the biggest news is that we are launching a dream project.

For a year we have been dreaming about starting a dialogue with the communities around the Baltic Sea. It has always been our goal to talk about our common cultural identity. We applied for grants, conducted dozens of meetings with project partners and potential donors, wrote and rewrote grant applications, and calculated budgets.

And finally,  at the end of October, we are going to Kaliningrad to run a pilot artist-led workshop with the waterfront communities. This pilot project will be the first step for the big cross-border project named Common Water. There is a lot of interesting and inspiring work ahead and we will definitely tell more about the project in our October newsletter.

At the moment we are finalizing agreements on budget and timeline.

Stay tuned for more information.

Our second update is that we are launching a new website. We have been working on it since June. Now it is almost ready but we can’t wait to share it with you.
