BANNA LANE FESTIVAL & RIVERINA WINEMAKERS ASSOCIATION
Carrah Lymer
Carrah Lymer is one of Griffith’s hardest working, quiet achievers. She is the brains and the brawn behind the Banna Lane Festival, which has transformed Banna Lane into an eclectic laneway that would rival Melbourne CBD. The 9 full large scale murals & 4 padmount murals created by local & national artists are a must-see on your next trip to Griffith. Carrah is heavily involved in the local wine industry and is the Executive Officer of Riverina Winemakers Association where she is the key person behind the scenes of major wine events in Griffith including the Griffith Vintage Festival and the Riverina Wine Show. She is also Creative Director of Emerge Creative  Agency and Vice-President of Griffith Women in Business.
EVERYDAY GOURMET WITH JUSTINE SCHOFIELD
Have you spotted Griffith on Everyday Gourmet with Justine Schofield? Griffith has featured on another two episodes!

Justine toured a local prune orchard and spoke with prune farmer Grant Delves about healthy & delicious prunes. Justine then put a sweet twist on an Italian classic and made Marsala soaked prunes & ricotta bruschetta using local prunes. A huge thank you to Australian Prune Industry Association for partnering with us for this segment on Everyday Gourmet! You can watch the segment here and access the recipe here.

In another episode Justine visited a Stahmann Webster walnut orchard. Justine made a quick, easy and delicious Prosciutto & Mozzarella Salad with Walnut Dressing. It was wonderful to showcase our local area and of course delicious and nutritious Australian walnuts. A huge thank you Stahmann Webster for partnering with Visit Griffith for this segment.  You can watch the segment here and access the recipe here.
