- City of Manassas: EARLY IN-PERSON VOTER POLL GREETING! Help distribute our Democratic sample ballots to MANASSAS City residents voting early in-person at the City of Manassas Voter Registration and Elections office in the Harry J Parrish Old Town Hall Building, 9025 Center St, Manassas. Poll greeters–who simply hand out our Democratic sample ballots to voters arriving at our polling places–are vital to the success of our down-ballot local candidates. Many arriving voters have little or no awareness of the local candidates on their official ballot, which also does not display the party affiliation of any local candidate.
