Moving Meditation
Did you know that the skills of meditation are necessary for healing with MFR? In my upcoming podcast on listening to your instincts we'll explore how important it is to be able to access your intuition and inner wisdom.

But here is a pro tip for you that won't be covered in the podcast - if you don't have the skills to quiet your mind and listen inward you won't be able to connect to your instincts! Walking in nature or doing any kind of repetitive exercise can actually help some people quiet their minds more easily.

Walking or sitting quietly, just let your thoughts float past you like clouds in the sky. Notice them as they pass but don't really give them any attention. Eventually, your mind will calm and you'll have longer periods where no thoughts float by and it is just quiet inside your mind. That is when you have the potential to feel, see or hear your instincts (with a bit of training that is).

This is the level of awareness where all healing takes place so the goal is to bring this same state of mind to your MFR treatments, therapy tools and rehab time as well. If you want help with meditation or any of your healing skills, we can master them in virtual treatments or as a part of your rehab program.
