HEP is pleased to share the 2020/21 Secondary Subject Network review with members and would like to thank everyone who contributed.

Two surveys were conducted in June and formed the basis of this document, looking at:

Primary Leadership Training on Behalf of 2J Consultancy

Book now - Middle and Senior Leader programmes

HEP members can book middle and senior leadership courses for 2021/22, being offered by 2J Consultancy. Jon Frostick and John Shannon have decades of leadership experience and are providing four-day courses starting in October and November 2021.

The dates for each course are as follows:
Middle Leadership Course
5th November 2021
3rd December 2021
4th February 2022
18th March 2022

Senior Leadership Course
1st October 2021
19th November 2021
21st January 2022
4th March 2022

There will be a cost of £460 per delegate and schools will be invoiced once booking is complete. Delegates will only have to book the first session to ensure entry to the full course.

A great opportunity for schools to get involved in the Women’s Euro 2022.
 
Next summer not only brings UEFA Women’s EURO 2022 to London, but also a selection of exciting activities for schools to get involved in.

From 11-17 July 2022, schools across the country are encouraged to get involved with UEFA Women’s EURO both inside and outside the classroom – so why not book a trip for your school to watch a match during this exciting week?
Concession tickets start from just £5 and for every nine concession tickets purchased, one adult goes for free.
 
Schools who book before 8 October will also have the chance to win a Trophy visit – a great way to get your students excited ahead of watching the action live!

Sessions will be online and three and a half hours in length. Each session will be available to view during a three-week window, starting on the following dates:

In addition, the ongoing focus on strengthening school-wide leadership, school /trust-wide teamwork and partnership working will remain a priority.

Primary Deep Dive and the Senior Leader

HEP would like to remind members of an opportunity for some further deep dive sessions with Andy Phillips which have been specifically designed with primary senior leaders in mind. 

The first set of sessions is aimed at primary senior leaders whose subject leaders attended the Spring Term Deep Dive courses. There are three sessions in this course:
3:30-5pm, via Zoom –

Tuesday 12th October
Wednesday 3rd November

There are just a few spaces  left, so please complete the booking form to secure your place.

The second set of sessions is aimed at a senior and subject leader from the same primary school where few or none of the Spring Term Deep Dive courses were completed. By completing this four-session course, delegates will be able to deliver a school-based version of this course to subject leaders within their school.
