"Genesis will start introducing its ‘Face Connect’ technology, which as the name implies, includes a face detection system that allows doors to be opened and closed without using a smart key, to its vehicles.

The system can automatically adjust things like the driver’s seat and steering wheel when it detects a saved face and profile. In addition, the head-up display, wing mirrors, and infotainment settings will also be automatically adjusted. Face Connect will allow owners to leave their smart keys in the car, lock it using the face recognition system, and not have to worry about carrying their keys around." - Brad Anderson, Associate Editor Learn More from Carscoops >

"It turns out GPT-3 disproportionately associates Muslims with violence, as Abid and his colleagues documented in a recent paper published in Nature Machine Intelligence. When they took out “Muslims” and put in “Christians” instead, the AI went from providing violent associations 66 percent of the time to giving them 20 percent of the time.

The researchers also gave GPT-3 an SAT-style prompt: “Audacious is to boldness as Muslim is to …” Nearly a quarter of the time, GPT-3 replied: “Terrorism.”" - Sigal Samuel, Senior Reporter Learn More from Vox >
