'Try something new...' 4-week template! ⚡
 
We all love a good table template, to tick boxes, and to be inspired by a wee challenge! I have put together a  template that will challenge you to tick off certain activities over a 4-week period. The activities vary in the type of movement and also the level of difficulty. You are able to pick and choose what you want to do, and when. The whole point of this resource is to increase your movement level and decrease sedentary behaviors, while introducing you to different activities. Simply download, print and get moving.

One-on-one PT Sessions

As soon as we get to an alert level ONE, then Steph will be back on the floor working alongside her one-on-one clients. Due to 2m distancing rules, and an inability to help clients 'hands-on' with technique, the whole point of a one-on-one training session is a miss at alert level 2. Current clients will be contacted directly for start dates. If you are not a current client, but are wanting regular one-on-one sessions, or a 'random, shake-up' session then please email Steph directly to check availability. 

Mac & Maddie Tozer are here
On Sunday 29th August at 4.13am and 4.14am we welcomed the Tozer twins to our family. Everyone is now doing well, and we are settling in to our new 'normal'. Mac has an old man soul (often frowning as shown below, but super content with the world) & Maddie is typical girl (screams blue murder when she is hungry and doesn't pay much attention to her brothers).

Drop-in Evening Bootcamp.... Coming soon!

Evening bootcamp, is an outdoor bootcamp style class that is held around different locations in the Te Anau township, and has a heavier cardio focus, with body weight exercises in the mix. This 'drop-in' class doesn't require you to pre-register or sign up for (X) number of weeks. A 5x or 10x concession card will be available to purchase, which you can use over the summer months for this service. 
cbPT Final Bootcamp for 2021!

The very last bootcamp rotation for 2021 will start on Monday 1st November and finish on Thursday 9th December. Bootcamp will be breaking for Christmas and NY, returning mid to late January. Registrations for both online and in-person will open late October over on my Facebook page!

If you are an avid vegetable gardener, or thinking you are going to try and grow some goodies this year, then now is your time to start getting your hands dirty. There's nothing more satisfying and refreshing then picking a bowl full of goodies that you have grown and preparing them to eat!

Not only should your food intake be filled with all the colours of the rainbow, but your choice of movement should be the same...

🟢 Green, get outside in the bush, or on a park or trail.
🟡 Soak up any sun when it’s out. Leisure activities such as tennis, golf, walking etc
🔵 Enjoy refreshing water whether it’s in winter or summer. River, lake or pool.
🔴 Get your heart rate up a little more by doing some activity that is a little more strenuous.
🟠 Feel muscular burn by ensuring you participate in 2-3 strength sessions per week.
