All forms are also found at:
https://www.fcps.edu/activities/student-athletics
Please be advised - there is a NEW physical form for this year. The copy you fill out should say "Revised January 2021" in the top right corner. Information on electronically submitting the forms to LB Athletics is on the page linked above.
Green Days are held at Bull Run Marina, 12619 Old Yates Ford Road in Clifton, VA. During the spring season, we have a robust carpool system. Because of the short duration of the Green Days weeks, athletes will need to coordinate their own transportation.

Emergency Care Card
Athletes need to bring a paper copy of the Emergency Care Card to the first day they attend Green Days. Internet service is not the best at Bull Run Marina. For athlete safety, the Head Coach maintains a paper copy on file.
(To print a copy, please log into your FCPS Parent SIS account, select FCPS links, then select We Care. There is an option to "view" the form next to your student name which will allow you to print.)

Important Update from FCPS
Rowers take note: COVID-19 vaccines will be required to participate in Winter Conditioning in November as well as the Spring Season.
Beginning November 8, FCPS will require proof of a COVID-19 vaccination for any student participating in Virginia High School League (VHSL) winter and spring sports for the remainder of the 2021-22 school year.
Proof of a COVID-19 vaccination will also be required for participation in any other activity that requires a physical. This includes dance team and step team, as well as out-of-season practices and workouts.
Vaccinating our students is a critical step in mitigating the spread of COVID-19 and minimizing any disruption to learning. The majority of pauses to instruction for our high school students come as a result of exposure during athletic activities, which the Virginia Department of Education classifies as a high-risk activity. These pauses impact participation in activities and in-person learning while the Fairfax County Health Department (FCHD) investigates and determines close contacts and next steps.
