We'd like to invite you to a special gut health and exercise webinar for women on Wednesday 29th September at 7:30pm (IST) in association with Sport Irelandthat will take place during European Week of Sport. This week aims to inspire Europeans to #BeActive on a regular basis and create opportunities in peoples’ everyday lives to exercise more. With this in mind, we've designed the webinar for women participating in sport or those who are interested in becoming more active.
It will explore the key elements of gut health, living with common, challenging conditions such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome, or Inflammatory Bowel Disease and provide practical solutions. You'll gain insights into managing digestive symptoms whilst continuing to enjoy the sport and exercise that you love.
When it comes to your gut, regular exercise, 30 minutes five times per week has been shown to help patients with IBS. That doesn't have to be five intense exercise sessions, gentle exercise like yoga and walking can have positive effects on the gut and gut symptoms.
