City of Lincoln Water Main update & Halloween Business Boo planning
Deep Creek Construction spoke with the Lincoln Area Chamber of Commerce What's Up Luncheon attendees last month about the water main project they are contracted to complete for the City of Lincoln this fall. It is expected that downtown businesses will be affected by the construction work as they update the water main under the street on the north side of Lincoln Ave and update meters through the downtown area. Work will be underway in the near future.

This construction work could possibly be going on downtown during the week of our Business Boo event. We will have the Boo Meal at the VFW Hall and plan to shift activities to the south a little bit to keep everyone safe and out of the way of the water main project. Businesses located on the north side of Lincoln Avenue will have the option to move over to the south side of Lincoln Avenue to pass out candy or if that does not coincide well with the water project, businesses will have the option to set up on S. Fourth St. on the East and West sidewalks. Stay tuned for updates.

Garage Sale Lists/Maps will be available Wednesday, September 29
The Area Wide Garage Sales in Lincoln, Sylvan Grove, Lucas and Wilson are happening Saturday, Oct 2.
