Beginning September 30, 2021, the Utah State Archives will pause the digital converter service for six weeks in order to improve the processes of submitting and providing access to records. Read more about the plans in this blog post.

A reminder that we offer a Scan-On-Demand Service for records stored at the State Records Center. This service allows government agencies to receive a scanned image of records they need to retrieve from the Records Center, rather than the paper copy. Get approval from your Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and then submit this form if you want to utilize the Scan-On-Demand Service. We are hoping to simplify, clarify, and update these schedules to match current processes in planning and zoning.
