September 23 - The Play Issue 

Are we witnessing a radical reimagining of play? It seems so. In our living rooms and online but also in design, architecture and urban planning, attitudes towards the act of playing are shifting. No longer simply an idle childish past time, we're seeing play become integrated into processes of decolonisation, the redesign of urban centres, and an antidote to endless doom scrolling. But can games really be used to help solve these oh-so-modern aches and pains? This week on Crowd Source, we say: game on. Let's take a look.
