| Adobe Enterprise Term License Agreement |
|
| Adobe has recently announced that they can no longer support Local Government consortia agreements and the WALGA Enterprise Term License Agreement will expire on 26 November 2021. |
|
Adobe’s local team along with WALGA have fought to retain these agreements, however Adobe has been forced to exit as per their National strategy. Similar agreements with other Local Government Associations including in New South Wales and South Australia have also been affected and will also cease this year. This decision will place additional pressure on participating Local Governments to set up individual agreements, but this is the direction Adobe have chosen to pursue.
The incumbent partner for the WALGA ETLA, Data#3, will be facilitating the renewal and setup of individual VIPs with quotes to each of the contract owners, and have issued invitations with each of the primary administrators to set up migration instructions. VIP orders should be placed between the 1st and 27th of October 2021 to achieve a seamless migration. |
