Hello everyone and welcome to fall! Once again, the air is crisp, and the colours are changing. Autumn is, by far, my favourite season. In my eyes, it is a time to let go of the old to make room for the new. How do we make room for the new? By giving thanks!

According to a recent article on Positive Psychology.com, there are at least 28 benefits of gratitude: “In positive psychology research, gratitude is strongly and consistently associated with greater happiness. Gratitude helps people feel more positive emotions, relish good experiences, improve their health, deal with adversity, and build strong relationships.”
