September 14th
8th of Tishrei

Dear Community,

I would like to thank everyone who came together to make our Rosh Hashanah so meaningful. Our three minyanim were a testament to both our growth as a community and our sensitivity to accommodating as many communal needs and preferences as possible. Nothing can be perfect (especially during this difficult and uncertain time of a pandemic), and we truly tried to make as many options as possible to maximize people’s comfort. I would like to take this opportunity to publicly ask mechilah to anyone who feels wronged in any way by me or any other members of the tireless BACH staff. Please know we work around the clock to meet the community’s needs and we truly never mean to offend or hurt anyone by our decisions or actions.

I am always available to talk and hear anyone's feedback and concerns, and am also happy to help make shalom between any members of the community should they want an impartial go-between. It is essential that we do Tesuvah before Yom Kippur and try our best to let go of any bad feelings; and I encourage you to open your hearts with forgiveness and peace so that we can all move forward as a community and G-d willing merit a favorable judgement.

May this year be a healthy and happy one for our entire community and all of Klal Yisrael as we continue to navigate these difficult times together.
