An Evangelism Thought...
“But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere.” (James 3:13)
God’s wisdom would have us put others before ourselves. It is considerate and compassionate, rather than self-advancing – in short, wisdom is imitating Christ.

Pastors are like firefighters, rushing from one crisis to another to offer care—they appreciate having a team of Stephen Ministers to provide the regular, ongoing care people need after the fire is out.
Stephen Ministers: The After People.
A Stephen Minister comes alongside a hurting person after the loss of a loved one, after a divorce, after a cancer diagnosis, or after any number of other life difficulties—and provides one-to-one, Christ-centered care for as long after as needed.
