The Dragon's Den Birthday is coming up!

On Tuesday, September 21st, 2021, the Dragon's Den Herb Shop turns *33* years old!

On that day, we will celebrate the Dragon's Den as we offer free samples of Herbal Coffee, Herbal Trail Mix, and draw the winners for our raffle. It's less than a week away!

Dragon's Brew Herbal Coffee

This Herbal Coffee is already a customer favorite and for good reason. It tastes amazing and doesn't have the negative side effects that coffee does! We invite you to give your body a healthier option when it comes to coffee.

Herbal Benefits of The Dragon's Den Herbal Coffee:


*Roasted Dandelion root and roasted Chicory root have beneficial effects on the liver and digestive system.

*Reishi mushrooms and Ashwagandha root are two wonderful adaptogenic herbs, which means that they help the body adapt to physical, emotional/mental, and environmental stress.

*Cinnamon bark is often used to support healthy blood sugar levels.

*Cacao nibs are a high antioxidant food with much less caffeine than coffee beans. Cacao has been traditionally used in ancient cultures to stimulate feelings of affection and well-being.

All together, these herbs combine to make a well-rounded blend that’s sure to please!

Herbal Trail Mix

This trail mix is made with herbs that is beneficial for energy and blood-building – sustains energy and satisfies hunger while out on your nature adventures!

Dried Mulberries: Mulberries are a Blood and Yin tonic. They help to moisten the intestines.

Goji berries: Goji berries tonify Liver and Kidney Yin. They brighten the eyes and moisten the Lungs. Said to increase HGH (Human Growth Hormone). 

Long Yan Rou: This herb nourishes the Blood, calms the Spirit and alleviates fatigue (especially mental fatigue).

Hong Da Zao: A Blood tonic that calms the Spirit.

Dang Shen: This is a Qi tonic – it helps to build digestion and can be used as a more affordable Asian Ginseng substitute. It has been called “Poor Man’s Ginseng” for this reason.

Dang Gui: Dang Gui is a Blood tonic. It’s name means “State of Return”, indicating how useful it is in regulating women’s menstrual disorders.

Shu Di Huang: This root is typically steam-processed with wine or black beans. It is blood and Yin building, therefore it is very moistening. It also is called “Food of the Kidneys” because of its tonifying effect on the kidneys.

Tian Men Dong: This herb is moistening and nourishes Lung and Kidney Yin. It also can help expectorate Phlegm.

Shan Zha: Also known as Hawthorn berry, this herb helps alleviate Food Stagnation and improve digestion. It also works on the cardiovascular system by invigorating Blood and breaking Blood Stagnation.

Tao Ren: Also known as Peach Kernel, this herb invigorates Blood and removes Blood Stagnation. It also moistens the Intestines.

Xing Ren: Also known as Apricot seeds, this herb stops cough and wheezing as well as lubricates the Intestines to aid in constipation.

Walnuts: A good source of plant-based omega-3’s. Walnut’s are shaped like brains- omega-3’s are essential for proper brain and cellular health.

Pine Nuts: Pine nuts are highly nutritious. They are a great source of iron, monounsaturated fat, vitamin A, vitamin E, magnesium, and the antioxidant lutein which is helpful for eye health.

Mai Men Dong: This herb lubricates and nourishes the Stomach, nourishes the Heart and soothes the Lungs.

Shan Zhu Yu: Known as Cornus fruit, this herb is sour and tonifying to the Liver and Kidneys. It is also astringent which can help with urination issues.
