The Gibbard District Team continues work on the underground parking garage, and heritage restoration of the Old Mill and Gibbard offices. The elevator shaft of the Old Mill has been poured and the team is prepping to pour the wall which connects the heritage Gibbard offices to the new construction. Repointing of the Old Mill walls continues.
