The RCC also offers coaching at the centre delivered by a team of professional coaches who are locally based. The coaches have a proven track record of developing individual cricketers, of all ages, from grassroots level to first class cricket.
Their bespoke sessions, delivered by experienced ECB qualified coaches, are tailored to the learning style of the individual player. As part of the coaching process, they use video analysis where appropriate to help the players to review and understand their own game better.
