January 12 - 13, 2022
Skills taught will allow participants to: 
  • Strengthen relationships
  • Set high expectations while being supportive
  • Respond to conflict in the classroom, community or organization
  • Use effective methods to resolve common conflicts
Facilitating Restorative Conferences
 

Tuesday & Wednesday,
May 3 - 4, 2022
Participants will learn how to: 
  • Monitor personal reactions in stressful situations
  • Listen with empathy
  • Create shared understanding among conflicting parties
