Thanks for delivering the Mini Mermaid and Young Tritons programmes this year on behalf of Full of Beans.  

For those of you who attended the recent trainings, we shared that we have developed digital toolkits for both programmes this year. These toolkits provide you with materials and resources to support you throughout the programme, from signing children up for the programme through to the final 5km challenge. You'll also find logos, branding and social guidelines. You can find the links to the full digital toolkits below. To help you with the information, please use these outlines for Mini Mermaids and Young Tritons as a guide. 

In addition to using the toolkit, we have two additional requests.

1. T-SHIRTS: Once the children have signed up for the programme, please use this form (T-SHIRT ORDER FORM) to place your order. We will work to get them to you as quickly as possible. 

2. PARTICIPANT PROGRAMME QUESTIONNAIRE:  In your resource pack, you will find pre- and post-programme questionnaires. It's critical that you have the children fill these out. The pre-programme questionnaire should be done in the very first session and the post-programme questionnaire should be done in the last session.

We’ve modelled these to measure both the impact of Mini Mermaid/Young Tritons Running Club and to provide you with relevant information to include on your schools' OFTSTED/Primary PE and Sport Premium reporting - Key Indicators. As part of the licensing agreement this year, we will compile the data and send you information to feedback to you schools. Please return both set of forms at the end of the programme, with the school clearly labeled.
