The role of the board in crisis - guest lecture - 14th October

We have been two times lucky. This event will be with not one but two INSEAD professors.
Erik van de Loo (Organisational Behaviour, INSEAD) and Jaap Winter (International Company Law and Corporate Law), are among Europe’s most accomplished advisors to boards, leadership teams and individual leaders of major private and public organisations.

They are running and instrumental in the success of the IN-Board programme.
They operate as duo and the way they approcach board work and responsibilities are different from most.

We welcome you to take part in a great learning experience. This will be time well spent if you seek an enhanced understanding of how to improve the dynamics, operations, and outcomes of boards in an increasingly complex landscape of stakeholders.

Approach and publications is found here. Bios are below
