5:00-7:30 pm Early Instrument Checkout—Revelli Hall
5:00–7:45 Early Packet Pickup—Revelli Hall: Your Blast Participation Badge, music, and updated Blast information will be in your Blast packet
5:30 - 6:45 Dinner in Revelli
7:00 - 8:30 Rehearsal on Elbel Field
Saturday September 25
8:30 a.m. Revelli Hall opens
9:00 a.m. Registration and coffee hour
10:00 a.m. General membership meeting and music rehearsal begins on Elbel Field
11:15 a.m. Join MMB on Elbel Field
11:45 a.m. Scholarship presentation
12:00 p.m. MMB breaks for lunch
12:10 p.m. Alumni Band sets pre-game block on north sideline
12:30 p.m. Lunch
2:00 p.m. Meet on front steps of Revelli
2:10 p.m. Depart for Stadium
2:30 p.m. Concert on stadium steps
2:45 p.m. AB load the tunnel
3:00 p.m. AB pre-game
3:05-10 p.m. (approx) MMB Pregame
3:30 p.m. Kick-off
ALUMNI and MMB reception following game
8:00 p.m. Revelli Hall cleared and building locked
IMPORTANT – Only Blast participants will be allowed to enter the building
REGISTRATION/PACKET PICK-UP

FRIDAY 9/24
- Parking behind Revelli is permitted after 3pm
- Registration/packet pick-up will be held at the back of Revelli. Here you will receive:
- Game Day Name Badge – must be worn to get into the stadium
- Annual Blast patch
- Flip Folder and music (if applicable)
- If you need a different part, missing a song, missing a flip folder ring or just need another rubber band, please contact me and I’ll get you set up.
- In case of wet weather, please keep your registration bag handy to cover your flip folder.
- Loaner instruments/flags can be picked up at the Garage (storage space behind Revelli). If you have indicated you need a loaner instrument, you should have received a confirmation email from Michael Lee (dracoignis@gmail.com) the morning of Saturday, September 11. If you did not receive this email and need to borrow an instrument please email him at dracoignis@gmail.com by Sunday, September 19.
- If you are attending the Blast BBQ, please enter through the west (office) entrance
In order to enter Revelli, you will need:
- To show proof of vaccination or negative COVID test. To upload your vaccination card, please visit: https://umich.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_bmzTPhm0uv1eW3Q
- If you have not successfully uploaded your proof or have it available to show at the time of arrival, you will not be allowed to participate.
- Complete ResponisiBLUE via mobile app or https://responsiblue.umich.edu/sign-in
- You will need to show your results to the person at the door in order to enter. Please complete once you have arrived at Revelli, it just takes a minute.
SATURDAY 9/25
- The same protocols and locations as above
- Complimentary Coffee hour will also be located at the back of the building, next to the registration table. Breakfast Club will have food items for purchase. Cash is easiest but venmo is also available.
- Please enter Revelli only through the West Entrance.
- Please note that ResponsiBLUE will need to completed to enter Revelli again. We will not be able to use your results from Friday.
- Masks must be worn in Revelli at all times.
IMPORTANT NOTE!
To move in and out Revelli, you must wear your wrist band! This WILL be a different wrist band from your Friday band. These will only be provided at morning rehearsal! You must wear your name badge and wrist band to participate in Blast and enter the stadium

Halftime – Due to the many changes this year, the alumni will not be performing halftime on the field. After the MMB performs their show, we will join the MMB in playing the following songs, them on the field and us in the stands.

Individual water bottles and apples will be provided, more details will be provided on game day.
STADIUM ASSISTANCE
If you need assistance getting to and from the stadium, please let me know and we'll get you where you need to be
FOOTBALL TICKETS
Blast participants will not receive a ticket either in paper or digital form. Guest mobile tickets have been sent to those who bought them. Guest mobile tickets must be transferred to the guests who will be using the tickets. Guests will not enter the stadium with the Alumni Band. Guests will enter through the public gates and will need their ticket downloaded and ready on their smartphone to get in. UNIFORM
In the hopes of a more cohesive appearance, please consider wearing a navy Michigan top with dark bottoms.
POSTGAME
The Alumni will march from stadium back to Revelli following the MMB. There will be buckets/tubs in the lobby to turn in your flip folder and name badges
SUPPLIES
Please note that mouthpieces, reeds, neck straps, lyres, etc will not be provided. If you happen to have extra supplies, it might help out a fellow alum if you had it on hand.
LEAVING EARLY?
Please remember to place your folder and badge in the UMBAA backpack if you need to leave the game early. If you leave early DO NOT leave personal items and personal instrument cases in the band hall. The band hall is closed and locked during the game. There WILL NOT be anyone there to assist you until the postgame setup crew returns.
