Health Wellness/Promotion Program Intern Needed for Fall 2021
About the Internship Program
A St. Luke’s Weight Loss Challenge internship is an unpaid opportunity for student interns to apply their health promotion knowledge and skills while receiving school credit. The student intern must be enrolled in a program at an academic institution for which a St. Luke’s Education Affiliation Agreement covers. The student intern will work with his/her faculty advisor to obtain academic credit related to the internship. The St. Luke’s Senior Coordinator identifies the scope of work for an internship and works with the student intern’s faculty advisor to develop learning objectives. The faculty advisor will serve as both a liaison and consultant, as appropriate, for both the student intern and the St. Luke’s Research Manager throughout the term of the internship. The student intern is expected to perform all assigned duties and complete the onboarding process required by St. Luke’s Health System.
