WINDWARD CITY SHOPPING CENTER WELCOMES NEW RESTAURANT, SAITO & PHO
Popular Japanese and Vietnamese Restaurant Expands to Windward Oahu

KANEOHE, HAWAII (Oct. 4, 2021) — Windward City Shopping Center is pleased to add Saito & Pho, a popular restaurant that serves Japanese and Vietnamese cuisine, to its diverse lineup of eateries. It is the restaurant’s fourth location on Oahu and its first on the Windward side. From its new location in Kaneohe, Saito & Pho looks forward to expanding its reach to new communities. The restaurant is scheduled to open on Oct. 6 and will offer a special 15% discount on an entire order during their first month of business.

Saito & Pho is a welcome addition to our lineup of stores and restaurants,” said Robert Sugiyama, Property Manager of Windward City Shopping Center. “Despite the unpredictable times we are in, Windward City continues to see more new businesses opening, thanks to the ongoing support of our loyal customers.”
Saito & Pho is pleased to offer a wide array of Japanese and authentic Vietnamese selections, presenting customers the opportunity to enjoy two international flavors in one place. It aims to offer customers good service, a clean environment, and fresh food at a reasonable price. A variety of pho is available, including brisket, shrimp, chicken, seafood, tofu and more served with noodles and hot broth. Other favorites include butterfish misoyaki, wafu steak, ahi ginger, salmon teriyaki, chicken katsu, tonkatsu, shrimp tempura, fried calamari, spring rolls, summer rolls, sashimi and more.
Saito & Pho restaurant partners Vince and Quang Vu are no strangers to the restaurant business. The brothers operated several restaurants in Miami, Florida, before coming to Hawaii. Now, they have joined forces with their childhood friend from Vietnam, Lieu Nguyen, who currently owns three Saito & Pho restaurants.
“We decided to join this business venture and couldn’t think of a better place to do it than in Kaneohe, where the locals are friendly and with the backdrop of the Koʻolau Mountains. We really couldn’t ask for more from this wonderful location,” said Vince Vu. “After several months of renovations, we are very excited to open and serve the community.”

Windward City Shopping Center is Kaneohe’s neighborhood center, centrally located on the Windward side of Oahu.
